Do you ship internationally?

Which currency will I be charged in?
We process all orders in USD. If you pay in other currency, you will still checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once we processed your order (usually up to 3-5 days) you will receive the tracking number with all the instructions by email you have provided to us.

Do I have to pay customs, VAT, and taxes if I do not live in USA?
Our warehouse is located in USA so items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, and they won't be covered or reimbursed by us under any circumstances.
Do you do returns or refunds?
In the unlikely event that a wrong product arrives or it has been damaged, please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving the package, with photo and video evidence and we will surely send you a replacement or money back guaranteed.
